CD33 showed mean positivity of 67% ± 27.56, strongest being in AML-M4 (87% ±9.02) weakest in AML-M6 (30% ±11.14).CD13 and CD33 were also studied for correlation using Pearson correlation and was found to be statistically significant among all subtypes. This evidence concerns the gene ANPEP and acute myeloid leukemia.
