Several examples of antibody-based therapies can be cited, with various clinical outcome, some of them targeting directly tumor antigens (anti-CD20 in B-cell related lymphoma/leukemia, anti-HER2 in breast cancer), others having immunomodulatory effects such as the one used for immune checkpoint blockade (anti-CTLA4, anti-PD-1/PDL-1, anti-LAG) (reviews on the subject can be found in [102,103,104]). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and breast cancer.
