In contrast, although none of the upregulated genes were enriched in the KEGG pathways, we found 12 genes (SPRY2, DNAH3, TRAF5, SFSWAP, ARID5A, ME3, BAZ2A, ARHGEF7, CD99, CSNK1E, GNA15 and POFUT2) in patients with pediatric acute myeloid leukemia bearing an inv(16) translocation [19] were upregulated in low ALCY expressers. Here, GNA15 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
