By considering the IC50 of MDT against IDO as 20 μM and a tumor accumulation of PEG-P(MLT) micelles of 5% of the injected dose per gram of tumor tissue, it can be assumed that the dose of PEG-P(MLT) micelles necessary for 50% IDO inhibition in tumors would be approximately 400 μM, or 87 mg/mL, on an MLT-basis. This evidence concerns the gene IDO1 and neoplasm.
