IL33 and prediabetes syndrome: Comparative analysis confirmed that higher levels of IL-33 tended to be associated with higher CD302 expression in individuals with normoglycemia (although this did not reach statistical significance, P = 0.05; median 1.77, n = 10 vs. median 1.3, n = 11) and T2D (P = 0.02; median 1.57, n = 29 vs. median 1.07, n = 18) but not in those with prediabetes (Figures 4(c) and 4(d)).
