Through analyzing the relationship between the expression of miR-27a and SFRP1 and the clinicopathological features of patients with osteosarcoma, it was found that miR-27a expression and mRNA and protein expression of SFRP1 were not associated with age, sex, tumor size and tumor location of osteosarcoma patients (all P>0.05), but were associated with the degree of tumor differentiation, and Enneking staging (both P<0.05) (Table 2). Here, SFRP1 is linked to osteosarcoma.
