The decreased SIRT2 and eNOS mRNA and the increased NF-κB mRNA were discovered after 2, 6 and 24 h of APE; and meanwhile, the significant reduction of eNOS and SIRT2 protein and the obvious elevation of NF-κB protein appeared in rats at 6 and 24 h after APE (all p < 0.05).
