Similar results emerged from another metanalysis which included nine RCTs (five comprising NSCLC patients); PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors resulted in similar outcomes between adults younger vs. older than 65 years for OS [HR 0.68 (CI 0.61–0.75) vs. 0.64 (CI 0.54–0.76)] and PFS [HR 0.73 (CI 0.61–0.88) vs. 0.74 (CI 0.60–0.92)] [64]. Here, PDCD1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
