RICTOR and cancer: Amygdalin could also down‐regulate the expression of integrin β1, β4, ILK, FAK, and β‐catenin, factors known to promote cancer cell metastasis, up‐regulate the expression of cadherin E (a factor known to inhibit cancer cell metastasis), and reduce the phosphorylation of AKT and RICTOR, thereby inhibiting the AKT‐mTOR signaling pathway.
