Furthermore, in these marker genes-qualified cells, expression of miR-337-3p was remarkably elevated, whereas both Runx2 and Sox9 levels were downregulated (Figure 6F), suggesting that miR-337 overexpressing can indeed reverse the collagenase I-induced tendinopathy symptoms via modulating rTDSCs differentiation potentials.
