In the subcutaneous HCC model, we confirmed that the miR‐125b‐5p‐loaded nanomedicine enabled precise in vivo transfection of the miR‐125b‐5p plasmid and activation of the miR‐125b‐5p/STAT3 axis in hepatoma cells through RT‐PCR assay, western blot assay, and tumor growth curve assays. This evidence concerns the gene STAT3 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
