In this study, we analysed two different markers for EphB2, one binding to the corresponding amino acids 1036-1051 of Human Ephrin, the C-terminal epitope and the other one to amino acids 118-133 of Human Ephrin B2, the N-terminal epitope as we were expecting to label two different mesenchymal cell types potentially involved in the formation of the tumour stroma. This evidence concerns the gene EFNB2 and neoplasm.
