RhoC is a member of the Ras‐homologous (Rho) GTPase family, which comprises important signaling molecules that are involved in regulating processes associated with dynamic changes in the cytoskeleton, such as cell migration and proliferation.1, 2 As shown previously in a study of esophageal carcinomas, RhoC protein expression can upregulate vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), which is closely associated with tumor angiogenesis.3 Here, VEGFA is linked to carcinoma of esophagus.
