TFAM and non-small cell lung carcinoma: In non‐small‐cell lung cancer ( NSCLC) cell lines, the suppression of TFAM inhibited cell proliferation through activating ROS induced c‐Jun amino‐terminal kinase (JNK) and p38 MAPK signalling pathway.16 And overexpression of miR‐200a to decrease TFAM protein expression resulted in attenuated cell proliferation,33 which is consistent with our result.
