CDK5 regulatory subunit-associated protein 3 (CDK5RAP3), an important intracellular factor related to proliferation and apoptosis, has been reported to be associated with many cancers such as colorectal cancer, hepatocellular cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, gastric cancer, and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma [3–8]. This evidence concerns the gene CDK5RAP3 and breast carcinoma.
