Mass spectrometry-based (phospho)proteomics identified a prominent hub associated with collagens, receptor tyrosine kinase discoidin domain-containing receptor 2 (DDR2), and lysyl oxidase-like 2 (LOXL2) from patient-matched cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAF) and non-malignant prostate fibroblasts (NPF).
