These include anti-TNFα monoclonal antibody that has been shown to be effective in the treatment for human rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and IBD [124, 125], humanized anti-IL-6R antibody used against rheumatoid arthritis, systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis and Castleman’s disease [126], and IL-23 and IL-17A antibodies already found to be effective and non-toxic in the treatment of various chronic inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, IBD and psoriasis [127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132].
