Interestingly, significant correlation was also found between miR-1915-3p expression and lymph node metastasis survival of the gastric patient (Table 2), we thus hypothesized that the miR-1915-3p possibly contributes to the development and progression of gastric cancer by inhibiting the anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2, though the signaling network of miR-1915-3p targeted genes might be extremely complex, especially in the regulation of Bcl-2 apoptotic pathway. Here, BCL2 is linked to gastric cancer.
