The aim of this study was to determine the plasma levels of M-CSF and VEGF in comparison to known tumor markers CA 125 (Cancer Antigen 125) and SCC-Ag (Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen) in patients with 2 different types of cervical cancer (squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma) in relation to the patients with cervical dysplasia and the control group consisting of healthy subjects. Here, CSF1 is linked to cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
