PDE7A and endometrial cancer: Yamamoto et al. [37] found that, in endometrial cancer, the miR-1/miR-133a expression level is significantly down-regulated, whereas restoring its expression level can inhibit the metastasis and invasion of cancer cells by regulating phosphodiesterase 7A (PDE7A), suggesting the tumor suppressor-like role of this miRNA in the development of endometrial cancer.
