Under all three conditions, when compared to cells transfected with a control siRNA, a significant decrease in virus titers was observed at 48 h post infection (hpi) with bispecific siRNAs (TRIM25/HRSV-F or RIG-I/HRSV-N), monospecific siRNAs targeting viral F (HRSV-F) or N (HRSV-N), or mixtures of siRNAs against viral F or N (TRIM25 + HRSV-F or RIG-I + HRSV-N) (Figure 2).
