TET1 and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma: MiR‐494 is up‐regulated and involved in the silencing of several invasion‐suppressor miRNAs by direct targeting of TET1, thus resulting in vascular invasion of a tumour.55 Moreover, TET1 has been reported to be the direct target of miRNA‐191, whose aberrant overexpression reduces the expression of TET1 in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
