KRAS and cancer: To establish an expression signature of general relevance to human cancer irrespective of KRAS status, we used an arbitrary cutoff of 2.5X increased expression and evidence of overexpression and/or amplification from human LuAd datasets [25,26,27] available via Oncomine and cBioportal to stratify significantly upregulated genes, yielding a list of 52 genes (Table 1).
