Eleven CNN2 pseudogenes (CNN2P1-CCN2P4, CNN2P6-CNN2P12) were identified in the CNN2 PGG family along with TAGLN2 and TAGLN2P1. TAGLN2P1is DE between the tumor and normal samples in the prostate dataset (Supplementary Fig. 5; Bonferroni-corrected P-value = 6.23 × 10−4). This evidence concerns the gene CNN2P1 and neoplasm.
