Several sequences in the non-structural highly conserved ZIKV proteins (NS1, NS2B, NS3, NS4B, and NS5), recognized at high frequencies by the IgM and IgG antibodies in the serum or urine post-ZIKV infection, could potentially be used for serodiagnosis of ZIKV infection (Supplementary Fig. 14 and Supplementary Table 4).
