Observations of immune responses from short- to long-term, the levels of autoantibodies recognizing C1-INH367–385 and C1-INH367–385 Ac peptides increased from IgM (0.75-fold and 0.71-fold) to IgG (0.91-fold and 0.94-fold) in patients with SLE compared with HCs (Figure 4, left and middle panels).
