Vitamin K analogs (23), NSC 663284 (24), naphthofurandione 3-benzoyl-naphtho[1,2-b]furan-4,5-dione (5169131) (25), adociaquinone B (26), IRC-083864, and BN82685 (27, 28) are the most potent CDC25B inhibitors reported to date; however, none of these compounds have entered clinical trials for ovarian cancer therapy.
