CDC25B and breast carcinoma: CDC25B inhibitors, which are reported to inhibit the progression of cancer in a highly efficient manner, are primarily vitamin K analogs (23), NSC 663284 (24), naphthofurandione 3-benzoyl-naphtho[1,2-b]furan-4,5-dione (5169131) (25), adociaquinone B (26), IRC-083864, and BN82685 (27, 28); however, these compounds have mainly been studied in breast cancers, colorectal carcinoma, hematological malignancies, and non-small cell lung carcinoma, while far less is known about the efficiency of these inhibitors in ovarian cancers.
