LYN and posterior cortical atrophy: 3-MA, an inhibitor of autophagic processes, prevented antigen from increasing levels of autophagic flux and hallmarks of allergic inflammation, prevented antigen from inducing interactions of FcεRIß with Lyn and HDAC3 (Figure S2A), prevented antigen from increasing ß-hexosaminidase activity (Figure S2B), inhibited passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) (Figure S2C), prevented antigen from increasing ß-hexosaminidase activity (Figure S2D), and prevented antigen from increasing autophagic flux and hallmarks of allergic inflammation in a mouse model of PCA (Figure S2E).
