In contrast, significantly high percentages of CD4+CD3+ (42.76 ± 11.26%) and CD8+CD3+ (39.30 ± 1.10%) T cells were found in TILs, as compared to those in PBMCs CD4+CD3+ (31.64 ± 12.43%) and CD8+CD3+ (18.85 ± 9.81%), indicating active localization of T cells to pancreatic tumors (17).
