based on immune inflammation and the metabolic disorder pathways associated with susceptibility factors, we screened 12 chemokines related to inflammation and immune regulation (such as IP-10, MCP-1, and MIP-1α) and nine metabolites related to inflammation and immune regulation (such as L-phenylalanine, L-glutamine and creatinine) as potential biomarkers to identify susceptible model animals from the normal ones (ROC AUC > 0.9).
