Our own efforts, by using state‐of‐the‐art mass spectrometry, has led to the discovery of some candidate markers of which XPO1 (also known as CRM1), FASN, and PDCD6IP (also known as ALIX) were found to have the highest potential.7 The objective of this study was to investigate whether the PCa EV‐associated expression could be reproduced in tissue analyses of larger cohorts of patients. Here, PDCD6IP is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
