TACR1 and type 1 diabetes mellitus: As seen before, both LSK and LSK-NK1R cells were reduced following limb ischaemia in the bone marrow (Fig. 8a–c) and increased in peripheral blood (Fig. 8d–f) and ischaemic muscles (Fig. 8g–i) of non-diabetic mice, with these effects being blunted by type 1 diabetes (Fig. 8a–i).
