KEGG pathway analysis also generated significant activation of the Rap1 signaling pathway and pathways in cancer (FZD1, LAMA5, HGF, ADCY4, LPAR1, MITF, PIK3R1, PIAS2, TGFBR2, MAPK10, AR, WNT11, MECOM, FGF9, LPAR6, KIT, PPARG, FGF13, WNT2, NKX3–1, FGFR1); while WikiPathways yielded significant activation of the Wnt signaling pathway (MAPK10, FZD1, PRKCI, WNT11, WNT2, ROR2, PRKCH) and small ligand GPCRs (PTGFR, LPAR1, S1PR1, S1PR3). This evidence concerns the gene WNT11 and cancer.
