IGHE and allergic disease: This results in a clear decrease in probability of high specific-IgE (from 21.51 to 17.82%), specific-IgG1 (from 81.72 to 60.40%), ear swelling upon i.d. challenge (from 64.58 to 60.79%) and mMCP-1 (from 84.96 to 51.99%) levels, indicating the clear effect of OIT on these allergy parameters.
