TRERNA1 was first identified as an enhancer‐like lncRNA.20 It was also reported that TRERNA1 stimulated tumour invasion in breast cancer.21 Our previous data showed that lncRNAs were correlated with the lymph node metastasis of GC.22 Considering that TRERNA1 is involved in the metastasis of multiple tumours, the exploration of the lncRNA TRERNA1 may help to elucidate the mechanism of HCC progression and to evaluate the therapeutic implications for HCC. This evidence concerns the gene TRERNA1 and breast carcinoma.
