CDH1 and breast cancer: Since E‐cadherin knockdown could not reverse the inhibition of six2 knockdown on NSCLC cell stemness and migration, we speculated that the other pathways might be involved in the regulation of six2 on E‐cadherin expression, such as miRNAs are involved in the regulation of six2 on E‐cadherin expression in breast cancer,10 which is also needed to further validation.
