MLN and Fabry disease: Further studies showed that compared with the non-spleen deficiency group, the level of pepsinogen (256.53 ± 69.53 [spleen deficiency-FD group] vs. 314.18 ± 55.91 [non spleen deficiency-FD group], p < 0.01), gastrin (64.91 ± 17.52 vs. 80.88 ± 12.32, p < 0.01), motilin (555.85 ± 128.12 vs. 709.39 ± 135.08, p < 0.01) were significantly reduced and the level of cholecystokinin (688.96 ± 114.35 vs. 630.76 ± 77.83, p < 0.05) was increased in the spleen deficiency group.
