NDUFB8 and viral infectious disease: Relative to the mock-infected control, the protein levels of SDHB were consistently increased ~2-fold at 2, 4, 8, and 16 hours after infection; MTCO1 was increased approximately 2-, 12-, 15-, and 14-fold at 2, 4, 8, and 16 hours after infection, respectively (Figure 2(b)), while the virus infection had no effects on the expression of NDUFB8, UQCRC2, and ATP5A (Figures 2(a) and 2(b)).
