We found no significant association between ADRB2 rs1042713 and obesity (obesity as defined by BMI ≥ 27.5 kg/m2) under codominant (AG p=0.548 and GG, p=0.884), dominant (p=0.725), and recessive (p=0.538) models, after adjusting for covariates age, gender, physical activity status, smoking status, and alcohol consumption (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene ADRB2 and obesity disorder.
