The examined expression of IL-10+M-MDSCs revealed its significant elevation in the PB vs. TT in all stages (p < 0.001, Figure 4G), grades (p < 0.0001, p < 0.01, respectively; Figure 4H) and types of cancer (p < 0.0001, p < 0.01, respectively; Figure 4I) as well as higher in the PB vs. PF in advanced stage (p < 0.001; Figure 4G), low/high grades (p < 0.001, p < 0.05, respectively; Figure 4H) and types I/II (p < 0.01, p < 0.05, respectively; Figure 4I). This evidence concerns the gene IL10 and cancer.
