Interestingly, we identified AZFc partial deletions (gr/gr, b1/b3, b2/b3, b3/b4) in a total of 127 infertile men that accounted for 13.1%, with the impact of different DAZ and CDY1 copies deletions and their associations leading to spermatogenic failure and male infertility. Here, CDY1 is linked to male infertility.
