ATP2B3 and neoplasm: In the fifteen tumours subjected to RNA-Sequencing in this study, opposite patterns of expression in tumours with mutations in KCNJ5 and those with mutations in CACNA1D/ATP1A1/ATP2B3 were observed, with KCNJ5-mutants showing higher levels of CYP11B1 expression and lower levels of CYP11B2 expression.
