Relative to patients with P53 and P16 negative cancers, patients with breast cancers displaying strong P53 and P16 expressions had an adjusted 4-fold increased risk of having disease recurrence (HR = 3.748, 95% CI: 2.251–6.239) and 3-fold increased risk of all-cause related death (HR = 2.632, 95% CI: 1.656–4.183) (Table 5).
