Jagged1 is one the most important ligands of the Notch pathway, and studies have demonstrated it has a role in regulating EMT of cancer.28 Jagged2, a homologue of Jagged1, also plays an important role in EMT of lung adenocarcinoma.29 To investigate whether Jagged1 and/or Jagged2 are critical for EMT progression in C13K cells, the cells were transfected with control, Jagged1 and Jagged2 siRNA. Here, JAG2 is linked to lung adenocarcinoma.
