In this work, following the identification of candidate chlamydial T3S substrates using Yersinia enterocolitica as a heterologous host27,28, we show that the C. trachomatis CT105 protein (CTL0360 in C. trachomatis serovar L2 strain 434/Bu; L2/434) is delivered into host cells during infection. Here, GOLGA6L2 is linked to infection.
