Interestingly, the percentage of recurrent PC in the patient group exhibiting low CD8+ T cells infiltration/high PD-L1 expression was the highest (85%) than that in those with high CD8+ T cells infiltration/high PD-L1 expression (70%), those with low CD8+ T cells infiltration/low PD-L1 expression (60%), and those with high CD8+ T cells infiltration/low PD-L1 expression (61%; p = 0.0004; Figure 4D).
