CD8A and polycystic ovary syndrome: The flow cytometric analysis showed that the percentages of CD3+ and CD8+ (CD3+CD8+) T lymphocytes were significantly reduced in the follicular fluid of the infertile women with PCOS compared with the infertile women with normal ovulation (66.2% ± 2.1% vs. 54.8% ± 2.8%, P < 0.01; 28.4% ± 1.2% vs. 16.8% ± 1.4%, P < 0.01).
