CERS2 and urinary bladder carcinoma: A latest study found that miR-3658 can enhance the proliferation, migration and invasion of bladder cancer cells, inhibit cell adhesion, reduce cell chemosensitivity and promote the epithelial–mesenchymal transition of bladder cancer cells through affecting the expression of CerS-2, which again indicates that CerS-2 may be a useful target for further cancer treatment [11].
