Circulating CD4+CD25+CD127dim/− Tregs and Th17 cells in all enrolled NC and GC patients were measured by flow cytometry, and the representative flow dots are shown in Figure 3A. Percentage of CD4+CD25+CD127dim/− Tregs within CD4+ T cells was significantly elevated in GC patients when compared with NC (9.89±3.59% vs. 4.26±0.92%; Student’s t test, P<0.0001, Figure 3B).
