Accumulating evidences indicate that H19 participates in a variety of inflammatory-related diseases including osteoarthritis (Steck et al., 2012), primary sclerosing cholangitis (Song et al., 2017), atherosclerosis (Han et al., 2018), ischemic neuroinflammation (Wang et al., 2017) and ulcerative colitis (Chen et al., 2016). Here, H19 is linked to osteoarthritis.
